Delete account and data

You can delete your BRANFIT account and erase your data at any time. There are two ways:

1. In the app (recommended)

• Open BRANFIT and go to Profile.
• Tap Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

2. By email

If you can't access the app, send a request to contato@branfit.app from your registered email, with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete deletion within 30 days.

What is erased

• Your profile (name, email, measurements and preferences).
• Your workout, diet and progress data.
• Your conversations with the Coach and meal logs (including uploaded photos).

What may be retained

We may keep, for a limited period, minimal records required by law (for example, tax and payment data) or for fraud prevention. This data is kept isolated and is not used for other purposes.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the app store. Also cancel it under Subscriptions on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Questions? Contact support.
